Bunkers Hill Swimming holds Aqua-natal fitness sessions 7:00pm-8:00pm on Monday evening and 9:30am–11:00am on Friday morning, only during term time.
This is a water workout with Alice their midwife/aqua-natal instructor, designed to encourage optimum foetal position and often personally tailored to help any specific twinges you may have.
Alice likes you to be around 16 weeks pregnant or above to take part in the classes. They are great fun and very sociable. We can also offer a baby/toddler minding service in a connecting room if requested.
After the session there is a chance to stay on for a cup of tea or coffee with the other new mums/mums-to-be. Alice will be on hand to answer your pregnancy questions and generally have a chat.
